My name is Stefi, I grew up in Italy and now live in Kent, the Garden of England, with my hubby Gary. We have a lovely garden with fruit trees, flowers, herbs, and where we also grow some vegetables.

I'm a foodie and enjoy using herbs and veg from our garden to cook simple and tasty dishes that remind me of Italy and my family. But I like experimenting too! I'm lactose intolerant and this has brought me to look into and develop an interest in nutrition to find alternatives in my diet. When I'm not working in a language classroom, translating a project or cooking, I enjoy spending time digging in the garden, doing yoga, going on the bike, being out in nature and having a healthy diet and lifestyle in general.
